About Us

Miss Karen

Acting Campus Manager
Educational Leader

My knowledge of your child, their interests and need for support or guidance is conducted following the Early Years Learning Framework, Quality Areas set by the Department of Early Childhood Education & Care and also reflects a variety of relevant theorists including Eric Erickson, Howard Gardner, Abraham Maslow, Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky.

I thrive daily to offer children supportive, positive, happy, fun, loving, nurturing and meaningful spaces to engage in and develop trusting relationships and bonds not only with myself but fellow early childhood educators and one another.

Miss Rebecca

Early Childhood Educator

My name is Rebecca, but I prefer to be called Becc. I have been working in early learning (childcare) as an early childhood educator for 4.5 years.

I am a big chatterbox not going to lie, but I'm also super friendly, funny, easy-going and down to earth. I aim to implement an environment that reflects both individual and group needs, as well as one that promotes each child’s; interests, cultures, learning, development and individuality through play.

I look forward to meeting all the families and building a professional relationship with you all!

Miss Jasmine

Early Childhood Educator

My name is Jasmine Richardson. I have been working in early learning (childcare) as an early childhood educator for the past 9 years and am very passionate about what I do.

I have two beautiful children aged 5months and 7 years who mean the world to me. I also raise my 14 year old sister and have done so for the past 3 years. I enjoy working with children and being able to build friendly and positive relationships with them and their families.

I enjoy being able to provide them with a safe and loving environment and enjoy being able to teach them new and interesting things.

Miss Crystal

Early Childhood Educator

I believe that as an educator, a child’s individualism and uniqueness should be embraced and nurtured through observing and listening, to gain an understanding of who your child is.

Making a child feel heard and included by providing opportunities to expand their experiences and to tailor learning opportunities for a child’s needs.

I have always been interested in child development and believe that celebrating a child’s uniqueness builds confidence and self-acceptance and courage to achieve anything.

Miss Juanita

Nurturing them through everyday experiences and enhancing learning in our early years. I have 2 beautiful children 9 and 6, who have been an amazing support to my goals in life, I am very proud of my children as everyone will all get to see.

Miss Shari

I hold my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and have been in the sector for 13 years.

I believe my role as an educator and my most positive strength is providing all children with a loving, safe environment where they can learn and grow to their fullest potential and build positive, trusting relationships. I believe children learn through play. This provides opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine. I believe that children learn and grow best in a positive learning environment where they feel confident and comfortable to engage in learning.

Miss Tamara

Early Childhood Educator (Lead)

Hi families, my name is Tamara. I have had my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care for seven years. |

Most of a child’s brain development happens before the age of 5 and that’s why I’m passionate about the early years.

Being able to be a part of that and provide a safe and loving environment, is very rewarding for me. I’m always learning in this job and improving as an educator every day.

Miss Nicole

Early Childhood Teacher

I have always believed that families are our children's first teachers and it is our role as Early Childhood professionals to work in partnership with families to set the foundation for children's learning.

I believe that children learn best when engaged in play. Play based learning occurs through a child's natural interest in their learning environments and the outdoor classroom is just as important as the indoor classroom and I can not wait to meet and support all our new little learners.
